On 19th May 2023 took place in Sofia, Bulgaria the round table organized by CISB in the frame of the VET4GSEB project.
The event was attended by representatives of Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Sustainable Energy Development Agency, ITN Vocational Training Centre, University of Food Technologies, Consulting companies and NGOs.
The round table started with a welcoming address from Mr. Sergey Stoyanov, Chairman of CISB. Mr. Tsvetan SIMEONOV, President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomed the participants, underlying the importance for the Bulgarian Industry of projects related to up-skilling of technicians and engineers.
The topics discussed during the event were:
- The requirements of the EU and the National Legislation for EE and RES in buildings
- Nearly Zero Emissions Buildings – the new challenge
- The National Strategy for SMEs of the Ministry of Economy and Industry
The main focus of the project is to give solutions to overcome the shortage of competences and qualified specialists in the field of photovoltaic, green and smart electricity in buildings.
