The training “Train the Trainers” will take place in the city of Bursa, Turkey, on June 25-26, 2024. This
dynamic training event is a key initiative of the “VET partnership For Green and Smart Electricity in
Buildings” (VET4GSEB) project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme. Designed for VET trainers
specializing in Renewable Energy, Solar Panels, Electric Installation, or related fields, this program will
provide an invaluable opportunity for participants to enhance their expertise with preparation and
follow-up activities.

The VET4GSEB project is dedicated to bridging the gap between current vocational education and the
rapidly evolving demands of the green energy sector. This training program will feature an innovative
approach that includes hands-on sessions and access to comprehensive online resources, covering
market needs, cutting-edge training methods, and the latest digital technologies in smart building
systems. By sharing expertise from European countries like Bulgaria and Turkey, this initiative aims to
elevate the skills and knowledge of VET providers across Albania, Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia.
Participants will gain new competencies in green, digital, and soft skills, contributing to a more
