From June 25-27, 2024, we held the pilot training “Train the Trainers” in Bursa, Turkey as part of the VET4GSEB “VET partnership for Green and Smart Electricity in Buildings” project.

VET trainers and representatives from, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, and Ukraine came together to enhance their skills in Renewable Energy, Solar Panels, and Electric Installation.

The training featured interactive sessions, innovative training methods, and the latest digital technologies in smart building systems. This initiative is all about reducing the gap between current vocational education and green energy sector.

Participants gained new competencies in the green and digital sectors, and acquired new soft skills, while learning more about what a sustainable future with renewable energy and smart electrical installations can look like.
